Firstly thank you for visiting my website here is a little more about me aside from being a hair and makeup artist.
I have a background in dance, worked for Waitrose for 16 years in the management sector, had my three beautiful children and now living my dream job as a hair and makeup artist.
Back in February 2017 I married my husband Marcus, this is when I found my love for weddings and everything about them. So I took the plunge completed my training and never looked back.
To name a few I’ve had some amazing opportunities. I’ve worked with brides and their bridal parties. Been part of clients special occasions and proms. Worked with photographers on photoshoots and been part of the hair and makeup teams for beauty pageants including Miss Surrey.
I’m already doing my dream job but if I had the opportunity I would love to work with celebrities and be part of red carpet events.

TRIALS ARE REQUIRED for all brides. This is where we meet, discuss your wedding style and trial your desired look.
Your bridal party is welcome to have a trial too.
All trials are held at my home address in Upper Halliford, Shepperton TW17 8RX
On the wedding morning I will arrive at the venue or address you’re getting ready at with enough time to set up my kit, before the glamming begins.
Depending on the desired look I normally allow 2 hours for the bride and 1.5 hours for the rest of the bridal party. I will always make sure we have enough time. I will stay with you, if you wish, until you walk down the aisle for any touch ups.

Do you have a special occasion to attend? If so, then I’m ready to get you glammed up.
I allow 2 hours for these bookings, these sessions are held at my home address in Shepperton.

Got an event with the girls maybe a hen party or a party, Why not book me in to glam you all up.

Bookings
To secure your wedding or event date, a non-refundable booking fee is required upon booking.
Dates are held on a first-come, first-served basis. No dates are officially reserved until the signed agreement and booking fee is received.
The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to wedding/event.
Trials
Trials are typically scheduled 4-6 months prior to the event date.
Trial fees are separate from the wedding day package and are due 14 days prior to the trial.
If a client requests an additional trial due to a change of mind regarding the look, standard rates will apply.
Cancellations
If the client cancels the booking, the retainer fee is strictly non- refundable Cancellations made within 60 days of the event will require payment of 100% of the remaining balance.
By Vanessa: In the rare event that the artist is unable to attend due to severe illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond their control, every effort will be made to find a replacement artist of equal caliber. If a replacement cannot be found, all monies paid (including the retainer) will be fully refunded.
Lateness & Access
The client is responsible for ensuring all members of the bridal/event party arrive at their scheduled chair times. A late start due to client delays may result in rushed services or an inability to complete all services requested.
Allergies & Sensitivities
The client must inform the artist of any known skin allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to the application of any products.
Vanessa uses high-grade, professional sanitation practices and products. However, Vanessa is not liable for any allergic reactions, skin irritations, or damages that occur during or after the service. A patch test can be requested during the trial if sensitivities are a concern.
Photography & Social Media
Vanessa reserves the right to take photographs and videos of the hair and makeup work before, during, and after the service.
These images may be used for the Vanessa’s promotional purposes, website, and social media channels. Please notify the Vanessa in writing prior to the event if you prefer your images not to be shared.
